Role description
Location: Remote (East Coast USA)
Role Summary: The Digital & Performance Manager is responsible for creating meaningful brand awareness and fostering unparalleled brand loyalty with our target audiences to acquire new customers, retain current ones and grow our D2C and B2B sales.
Essential Functions of the Role:
• Create and execute paid digital strategy
• Lead D2C channels for amazon, social commerce and D2C website and B2B platform
• Track and analyze campaign performance on weekly basis and optimize results by A/B testing SL, creatives, CTAs, etc
• Lead merchandising efforts for the online product catalog and digital content for marketing campaigns
• Develop and maintain site analytics reporting to measure and understand consumer behavior on site.
• Use digital marketing analytics to optimize customer acquisition and ROAS
• Optimize customer experience through SEO tools as site speed, uptime, main navigation, search, ordering, recommendations page layout, checkout and post purchase
• Develop email mkt strategy (flows, transactional and marketing)
• Create, manage, and analyze regular email campaigns and the ability to use the results to optimize and scale.
• Develop segmentation strategy leveraging frequency, recency and engagement
• Manage UI & UX strategy to improve customer experience
• Manage and support customer service and community
• Develop KPIs to measure both the short-term and long-term success of digital channel and campaigns
• Lead subscription and rewards program
Required Experience, Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• An entrepreneurial spirit and be successful in a fast-paced, agile, innovative, and collaborative start-up environment
• An excitement in building a new brand while wearing many hats during launch and initial growth phases
• A passion for engagement and a customer-centric mindset
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in relevant e-commerce web Analytics / site analytics / marketing analytics, site experience, email-mkt and performance mkt
• 5+ years in relevant e-commerce D2C businesses and content platforms working with email mkt, paid digital, SEO, AI and customer analytics.
• Experience in UX/ UI and merchandising
• Experience with working with customer databases, rewards and subscription programs.
• Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify and GA is a plus
• Domestic travel may be required
• Experience in High end consumer brands and beauty brands
