THE ROLE:
This is a strategic digital leadership position where you’ll take full ownership of the company’s digital platform, ensuring it performs commercially, scales globally, and integrates best-in-class capabilities across CRM, CRO, SEO, and emerging AI-powered tools.
Less about day-to-day execution, this role is focused on product thinking, strategic ownership, and cross-functional leadership. You’ll be instrumental in:
• Defining and delivering the digital product vision and roadmap
• Developing and connecting propositions across web content, onboarding, and user journeys
• Driving the adoption of AI-driven capabilities within the digital function
• Ensuring performance, scalability, and compliance across a global ecosystem
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Strong experience in digital or web product management, ideally in fast-growth or marketing-led environments
• A proven track record in CRM, CRO, SEO, and delivering high-performing digital platforms
• Skilled at building and executing digital roadmaps aligned to business strategy
• Confident leading cross-functional teams and stakeholders without needing to be hands-on
• Passionate about AI innovation and its potential to transform digital performance
• Highly focused on UX, performance metrics, and conversion optimisation
• Bonus points for experience in:
