About the role:
As the Digital Product Manager, reporting directly to the Director of Digital Product, you will drive growth for our eComm business by helping to define the vision of the product roadmap, manage projects through the product life cycle, prioritize the sprint backlog and measure success of features post-launch. This role requires someone who can communicate complicated solutions clearly, simplify problems into action steps and assist in leading teams through Agile processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Director in managing the Digital Product Roadmap through the full product life cycle, from discovery through delivery and optimization.
• Define and track metrics to assess success and failure of products, while ensuring the team and stakeholders are aligned on goals.
• Conduct ongoing competitive analysis of other sites to continually identify ways to improve our user experience.
• Work in an Agile development environment, guiding the development team to ensure ceremonies are run efficiently.
• Create user stories within backlog and ensure requirements are fully flushed out ahead of delivery.
• Partner with UX designer on user journey maps, user personas and provide design feedback for new site experiences.
• Monitor site bug backlog to ensure customer callouts are being addressed in a timely manner.
• Assist in managing A/B test backlog to promote test and learn culture and inform product decisions.
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, project management or technology.
• Excellent communicator with a positive can-do attitude.
• Ability to collaborate and partner with individuals in a highly cross-functional environment.
• Experience with market research, Agile methodologies, A/B testing is a plus.
• Efficient in Google suites and project management tools.
