Role description
We're looking for a bold, high-performing, agile Senior Manager, E-Commerce to join Nature's Sunshine's North American Marketing and Digital team. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing and Digital - this individual will be responsible for Nature's Sunshine's e-commerce (75% of the role) and omnichannel strategy (25% of role). This individual will be key part of the digital transformation of the North America business. The right candidate will have ample experience managing a .com business including automation, AI, merchandising, A/B testing, content management, analysis, UI/UX. This role will have 2-3 direct reports. Strategic Leadership – Direct-to-Consumer (75% of role) Co-leading and executing the North American eCommerce growth strategy Leading revenue, traffic, and conversion performance for the North American website. Overseeing and optimizing performance of NaturesSunshine.com website, ensuring a seamless user experience, always on content optimization, evaluation of customer journey Providing technical direction and prioritization for site enhancements, personalization, and mobile optimization. Building and managing the eCommerce roadmap for the North American region, working closely with Sales, IT, Customer Experience and Brand to coordinate product launches, website optimization projects, and site merchandising improvements. Strategic Leadership – Marketplaces (25% of role) Executing the North American Marketplace growth strategy and marketplace management – Amazon, Tik Tok. Lead on-site and off-site go-to-market strategies to enhance traffic, conversion, reviews, repeat and subscription adoption. Across both DTC and Marketplaces: Team Management Guiding direct reports to high personal development and delivering on aligned to KPIs and objectives. Partnering closely with internal stakeholders including regional marketing, global marketing, sales, creative and IT. Manage budge and resources effectively to ensure prioritization and impact are right-sized Data & Performance Management Analyzing and report on KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV, retention) to inform strategy and optimize business performance. Leveraging analytics tools and customer insights to drive UX/UI improvements and conversion optimization. On-going evaluation of marketplace, product and SKU performance, to provide recommendations. Lead and provide inventory forecast recommendations to supply chain to ensure 98% in-stock rate QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital communication, or similar 8-10 + years' experience in eCommerce – specifically CPG DTC organizations Experience managing eCommerce platforms and collaborating with product and engineering teams. Experience managing on-site experience – UI/UX, merchandising, AI, A/B testing, Saas solutions, CMS, data management Experience driving revenue across marketplaces – Tik Tok shop, Amazon, Walmart, etc. Prefer experience with Optimizely Commerce and/or headless architectures Strong ability to lead and develop teams in a high-growth or scrappy environment.
