What We Need
Obagi is seeking a passionate Digital Product Manager with a passion for defining, designing, and delivering exceptional user experiences. Responsible for overseeing the core web journeys and underlying platform of OBAGI websites and digital products, this person will support execution of the digital product roadmap, assist with digital releases, and ensure projects are completed within the digital roadmap timeline.
What Youβll Do
β’ Design, define, and maintain product and feature documentation
β’ Facilitate new product development and feature roadmap from planning to implementation by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing (brand, growth, and ecommerce), Creative, IT, Customer Service, Sales, Legal, and Finance
β’ Develop digital release schedules and provide ongoing digital product training for relevant teams
β’ Partner with internal marketing channels to support and enhance workflow processes, maximize potential of existing product capabilities, and ensure successful cross-platform integration of growth and marketing initiatives
β’ Collaborate with web development agencies on wireframes and UI designs that support the product requirements
β’ Manage third-party digital integrations and web development agencies
β’ Ensure backlog is groomed and prioritized according to the overall strategy and product roadmap
β’ Create effective user stories, workflows, functional requirements, wireframes, and/or mockups
β’ Synthesize user feedback and report on KPIs to maintain digital product health and drive future product decisions
β’ Solicit internal recommendations and include key stakeholders in discussions regarding product roadmap
β’ Remain up to date on DTC and B2B eCommerce best practices, keeping Obagi on the pulse of digital trends and user expectations

β’ Obagi DTC (maintenance and regular optimizations with a conversion and brand building focus)
β’ Obagi B2B (launch support, ongoing maintenance and semi-regular optimizations)
β’ Loyalty Platform:
β’ Professional Loyalty (Account Support & Platform Optimizations)
β’ DTC Loyalty (Launch & Optimizations)
β’ A/B Testing Platform:
β’ DTC site CRO experimentation (2 testing domains)
β’ B2B site UX experimentation
What Youβll Need:
β’ A bachelorβs degree from an accredited university required; a focus in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design or similar related fields strongly preferred
β’ At least 4-6+ years of relevant experience managing DTC and B2B digital platforms
β’ Prior experience within CPG/beauty industry highly preferred
β’ Strong understanding of web technology fundamentals and technical/operational requirements of products and projects
β’ Deep understanding of UX / UI best practices and digital marketing techniques, including paid social, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
β’ Familiarity with tools for A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and ability to communicate cross-functionally using technical engineering language (API, technical documentation, systems, etc.)
β’ Strong qualitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills with demonstrated use of analysis and metrics to drive continuous improvement and decision making.
β’ Exceptional organizational and prioritization/time management skills; demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
β’ Comfortable operating in a fast paced, ever-changing environment; someone who thrives in ambiguity and adapts quickly
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data management, CDP systems, and other technologies
