As an In Life Store & XSUS Product Owner, you’ll support the delivery of best-in-class digital journeys across our web and app platforms. You’ll work closely with design, development, commercial, and analytics teams to define product requirements, prioritise backlogs, and ensure we’re delivering experiences that meet customer and business needs. The must haves In order to be considered, you must have the following experience; • Experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager role within a digital, customer-facing environment. • Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban). • Exposure to eCommerce, digital sales, or subscription-based business models is a plus. • Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and web technologies. • Ability to analyse data and customer feedback to make informed product decisions. • Comfortable breaking down complex features into clear user stories and acceptance criteria The other stuff we are looking for We'd also love you to bring; • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Digital, Technology). • Agile certifications (e.g., CSPO) are a bonus but not essential.
