Role description
As a Digital Sales Lead at Agilix Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through digital sales campaigns and platform leadership. This role combines individual contributor responsibilities with technical oversight of tools such as Hubspot, ZoomInfo, and Kixie. You will be responsible for executing digital sales strategies, managing client interactions, and leading the implementation and optimization of digital sales campaigns. This role will report to the Vice President, Applied Technologies. Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Strategy β€’ Design and execute digital sales campaigns aligned to company initiatives. β€’ Track campaign performance KPIs and build reports to measure effectiveness and refine strategies. β€’ Drive innovation in digital sales techniques to maximize customer engagement and campaign performance. β€’ Serve as the technical lead for digital sales platforms including Hubspot, ZoomInfo, and Kixie. Digital Sales Execution β€’ Meet and exceed individual targets for each digital sales campaign. β€’ Conduct proactive outreach through targeted email and phone campaigns to generate new customer opportunities. β€’ Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies to maximize performance for each digital sales campaign. Qualifications β€’ Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. β€’ Proven track record in digital technology sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in B2B sales. β€’ Strong leadership and collaboration skills. β€’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. β€’ Ability to convey complex technical concepts to clients in easy to understand ways. β€’ Deep Experience with Hubspot and ZoomInfo. β€’ Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making. β€’ A proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused attitude. Physical Requirements β€’ Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. β€’ Must be able to lift up to 5-10 pounds at times.
