Role description
About the Role: NatureSweet is seeking a Digital Shelf & Shopper Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution for the digital shelf and omnichannel shopper marketing initiatives across key retail partners. This role is responsible for enhancing and optimizing our product presence online through effective content syndication, SEO-driven product pages, and compelling digital assets that drive purchase intent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background/familiarity with retail media, ecommerce, and omnichannel shopper marketing. You’ll work cross-functionally with brand, sales, agency partners, and retailers to deliver a best-in-class digital shelf experience while driving awareness and conversion through paid shopper media. Work Schedule: San Antonio, TX Hybrid; 3x a week in office with 2 days remote. Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a Related Field; MBA preferred. • 3–5 years of experience in digital shelf management, ecommerce marketing, or shopper marketing. • Demonstrated experience managing digital content across multiple retailers and executing shopper campaigns. • Experience with Content Syndication Platforms. • Strong understanding of SEO and keyword strategy for ecommerce. • Consumer Packed Goods (CPG) experience is highly preferred. • Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.
