Design and implement strategic plans for expanding the company’s online presence and growing its certified diamond marketplace. Integrate AI, imaging, and grading technologies to enhance product transparency and buyer confidence throughout the digital purchasing process. Oversee digital cataloging workflows and grading verification processes to ensure the accuracy of listed inventory and uploaded certifications. Develop and maintain quality control standards to ensure authenticity, consistency, and compliance across all diamond product listings. Define and refine the buyer experience — from selection to purchase — including digital education components, certification display, and trust-building mechanisms. Analyze e-commerce trends, consumer behavior patterns, and competitor platforms to identify innovations that enhance platform performance and user engagement. Provide data-backed insights and recommendations to optimize product pricing, presentation, and customer interaction strategies. Ensure the platform’s compliance with all applicable legal, ethical, and industry-specific regulations, including FTC Jewelry Guidelines and the Kimberley Process. Assist in the evaluation and acquisition of pre-owned diamonds and jewelry by applying standard grading methodologies to assess quality, market value, and resale viability.Must have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Science, Computer Science, Business or a closely related field.Must have 3 years of experience in E-commerce analyst or E-commerce management analyst in diamond industry.
