How You’ll Make an Impact
• Manage and optimise onsite promotions using CommerceTools, ensuring product carousels, banners, and offers are accurate and engaging.
• Update and maintain high-quality website content using Amplience, keeping it aligned with brand guidelines and optimised for SEO.
• Collaborate with the CRM team to align email campaigns with trading priorities, reviewing proofs and suggesting product selections.
• Support the execution and optimisation of digital campaigns, monitoring KPIs such as conversion rates and click-through rates.
• Use analytics tools (including Google Analytics) to review performance, report results, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate product and promotional information in line with campaign launches.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or content-related issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What You’ll Bring
• Experience in digital trading, eCommerce, or a related role.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence using CommerceTools and Amplience (or similar content and promotion management systems).
• Good understanding of digital marketing, onsite merchandising, and campaign optimisation.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• A proactive, problem-solving approach and a strong connection to our PRIDE values.
