Digital Production Designer Requirements
β’ 2 to 4 years of experience in digital or production design, preferably in eCommerce or content-heavy websites.
β’ Proficiency in Figma and Adobe CS, with familiarity in CMS tools (e.g., Contentful, Adobe Experience Manager) and component-based design systems.
β’ Strong understanding of digital layout principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
β’ Highly organized and detail-oriented, with proven ability to work within brand and design frameworks.

β’ Collaborate with UX/UI designers, content strategists, developers, and project managers to maintain consistent, efficient production processes.
β’ Resolve layout and interaction challenges using existing templates while ensuring clarity, brand alignment, and accessibility.
β’ Adapt and localize web content for different regions or audiences.
β’ Maintain design and layout integrity across responsive breakpoints and multiple device types.
β’ Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) or conduct light testing to ensure production accuracy prior to launch.
β’ Organize and maintain design files, asset libraries, and production documentation according to best practices.
β’ Update production design guidelines and maintain accuracy of related documentation.
