Digital/E-Commerce Product Manager
22 Months Contract
Hybrid in Orlando FL (2-4 days onsite in a week)
Description
The Senior Product Manager, the Product Manager will be responsible for delivering digital experiences and commercial products.
Responsibilities
โข Responsible for understanding, and executing, the digital strategic direction of a product line and/or a destination/brand as outlined by the Product team.
โข Translates the digital strategy into clearly prioritized user stories and business requirements.
โข Ensures appropriate delivery of Product requirements across the development lifecycle.
โข Writes Acceptance Criteria and guides Testing teams on detailed test cases, ensuring the user story is delivered as expected.
โข Manages the feature development and defect backlog on a daily basis to ensure that priorities adhere to the strategic direction outlined by the Product team.
โข Ensures the execution of creative assets developed in support of a feature, such as the visual design, content strategy and copywriting, adhere to the strategic vision.
โข Attends daily scrums with development studios to help drive priority decisions and remove roadblocks.
โข Supports multiple cross-functional teams/development studios to ensure a solid understanding of the defined scope.
โข Communicates changes in strategic direction or priority shifts to cross-functional teams.
โข Collaborates with organizations across business (Pricing, Rev. Management, Marketing, Sales, Park Operations, etc.) to build and manage scope expectations.
โข Assists the Product team in translating the digital vision into presentations that will be shared with Executive audiences and partners across the organization.
Basic Qualifications
โข Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action, with a positive outlook and willingness to take personal initiative.
โข Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
โข Previous Digital and eCommerce experience is preferred, but not required.
โข Previous Product Management experience is preferred, but not required.
โข Demonstrated ability to identify, understand and drive resolution of complex critical issues.
Education
BA/BS or equivalent experience
The estimated pay range for this position is USD $70.00/hr - USD $74.00/hr.
