Role description
Central Employment are delighted to be working with a fast growing Retail & Interiors brand, as they look to appoint a Digital/eCommerce Strategist.
Reporting into the CEO, operating FT from there Teesside office, you will be tasked to manage key relationships with all of there dedicated agencies (PR, Performance Marketing, eComm) and freelance (Social Media) with the aim to deliver results, online growth, brand, product and customer awareness.
Responsibilities:
β’ Executes projects to be high quality, on time and cost effective/on budget
β’ Fosters timeline development and monitors progress, ensuring deadlines are met
β’ Manages overall project scope and ensures staffing assumptions adhere to budget
β’ Develops strong, trusting relationships between the organisation and agency partners, providing leadership and support during strategy, ideation, and execution
β’ Manages client expectations, bringing issues/concerns to clients' attention before they become problems, offering potential solutions, and advising of potential delivery delays.
β’ Writes and transmits conference reports to clients and agency teams
β’ Provides campaign performance reporting and analysis to SLT and agency partners
β’ Ensures accountability is established during the project planning process
Experience required:
β’ 3+ yrs in a digital and or eCommerce strategist
β’ Worked in a fast paced digital, search agency setting
β’ Superior communication skills, both internal and client facing
β’ Strong relationship management, organizational and project management skills
β’ Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups
