What you´ll do
• Lead the development of Walmart-specific strategies that align brand, category, shopper, and e-commerce priorities
• Partner with the sales Director’s annual and long-range strategic planning across all Henkel categories at Walmart
• Serve as a key thought partner to Walmart VP and internal leadership on go-to-market plans and performance strategy
• Shopper & E-Commerce Integration
• Develop and execute Walmart-specific shopper and digital commerce strategies to improve conversion across the path to purchase
• Partner with digital and content teams to improve PDP performance, retail media ROI, and digital shelf execution
• Category & Modular Leadership
• Collaborate with Category Management to build persuasive modular strategies, support JBP discussions, and unlock assortment whitespace
• Use Walmart Luminate, IRI, and internal tools to craft fact-based selling stories
• Financial & Investment Modeling
• Build advanced Excel models to evaluate ROI, test business scenarios, and support investment decisions tied to Walmart’s EDLC/EDLP expectations
• Support budget planning and forecast alignment across Walmart’s modular and promotional cycles
• Executive Communication & Customer Influence
• Create and present Walmart business strategies and performance updates to Henkel senior leadership and cross-functional teams

The salary for this role is $170000.00 - $240000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
