Overview
A dynamic and customer-centric organization is seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of CRM Marketing to lead the strategy, growth, and optimization of its CRM ecosystem. This role is ideal for a strategic marketing leader passionate about creating personalized customer journeys, increasing engagement, and building loyalty through data-driven insights and marketing automation.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle within the CRM, from acquisition and onboarding through retention and reactivation.
• Design, execute, and continuously optimize personalized multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app, social) that drive engagement and revenue.
• Lead CRM-driven segmentation and targeting strategies to ensure communications are relevant, timely, and impactful.
• Partner with data and analytics teams to track KPIs, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights on customer behavior, retention, and lifetime value.
• Collaborate with product, creative, and digital teams to ensure CRM initiatives are fully integrated across touchpoints.
• Champion automation and customer journey mapping, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and increase loyalty.
• Drive user adoption and training within the marketing team, ensuring consistent use of CRM best practices.
• Maintain a strong focus on data integrity, compliance, and personalization to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
• 7–10 years of experience in CRM marketing, lifecycle marketing, or retention strategy, ideally in B2C environments.
• Proven track record of increasing customer engagement, repeat purchases, and retention through CRM-driven initiatives.
• Strong expertise with enterprise CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Iterable, HubSpot, etc.).
• Experience with segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing to optimize performance.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into customer insights and marketing action.
Preferred
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or digital-first organizations.
• Ideally, someone coming from the luxury Goods or luxury hospitality?
• Familiarity with loyalty programs, subscription models, or customer experience platforms.
