Role description
Future-Able is looking for a Director of Customer Acquisition to work for: Naked & Thriving A fast-growing, mission-driven skincare brand rooted in clean, high-performance ingredients and purposeful sustainability. We’ve built a loyal DTC following and a strong Amazon presence. We’re seeking a Director of Acquisition to help lead our next phase of growth expanding into new channels and overseeing our acquisition team. The Opportunity We’re looking for a data-driven and strategic Director of Acquisition to lead paid growth across DTC (Shopify) and Amazon. You’ll own performance marketing strategy, execution, and optimization across Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, and more. You’ll report to the CEO and collaborate closely with our brand, creative, and retention teams to drive CAC efficiency, new customer growth, and full-funnel conversion performance. What You’ll Do • Own and optimize all paid media channels, including Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, and emerging platforms (YouTube, TikTok, etc.) • Develop a holistic, scalable customer acquisition strategy that balances efficiency (CAC, ROAS/MER) • Oversee acquisition team and work cross-functionally with the Creative, Brand, and Retention teams to ensure full-funnel alignment and messaging consistency • Improve landing page performance, A/B testing, and conversion optimization initiatives • Oversee paid media budgets and forecasting, working with the CEO & CFO to align spend to revenue goals • Analyze and report on performance, continuously surfacing insights, risks, and opportunities • Develop and drive Amazon paid strategy and support creative testing to drive incremental growth • Stay ahead of platform trends, privacy changes, and performance best practices Qualifications • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing in DTC and/or omnichannel eCommerce • Proven success managing 7-figure annual budgets across paid media including Meta, Google, and Amazon Ads • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Google Analytics (GA4), and attribution tools • Experience collaborating with creative teams to brief and test ad creative • Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment with evolving priorities • Ability to think both strategically and tactically - you can spot the big picture and still dig roll up your sleeves to dig into the details • Passion for optimizing every part of the user journey What We Offer: • Base Salary Range: $140K – $170K (commensurate with experience, location, and qualifications) • Bonus: Performance-based bonus tied to topline growth and profitability goals • Benefits: Health, vision, dental, PTO, product allowance, remote-first culture • Opportunities to grow with a rapidly scaling company that’s redefining clean beauty
