We have a team of just over 500 Two Circlers working from six offices across the world (London, New York, Los Angeles, Paris, Bern and Melbourne) who work cross-region to service our expanding international client base. Data is at the centre of our approach. It starts with helping clients to get a better understanding of their customers, and deliver insights that influence top-level decision-making. As part of our ongoing growth, we are expanding our technical team and are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead the technical design, setup and implementation for digital products. Requirements Requirements: The chosen person will play a lead role in developing the Two Circles Digital technology proposition and will be responsible for supporting technology consulting projects, identifying and advising on appropriate solutions for clients and leading the technological development of new internal Two Circles products. We are always looking for ways to innovate technically and data is the heart of our business so whilst the primary role will be to lead technical development for our internal products & solutions, it will also give you the opportunity to help shape the technology supporting some fantastic clients, where you will pick up new skills, push the boundaries with new technologies and help deliver rewarding projects. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the technical design and development of internal digital products, guaranteeing they are build on the best foundations: scalable, reliable, and secure • Understanding and leading across e-commerce platforms and strategies on behalf of our clients • Collaborate with product leads, consultants, designers and developers to deliver high-quality solutions across web and mobile apps • Create architecture diagrams and technical specifications that will enable the realisation of multi platform product strategies • Work alongside clients and project teams to understand requirements and provide technical expertise on appropriate solutions • Technical authoring and proposal writing, supporting business development opportunities by offering technical guidance and leadership to internal teams • Setup software development process frameworks for release management, process automation and source control • Lead on establishing a code quality review process to ensure solutions are performant, scalable, maintainable and well documented • Support Delivery Leads to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget • Provide technical leadership and training to internal teams and clients • Keep to date on emerging technologies and trends in sports technology • Embrace the opportunity to contribute to broader technology decision making - seeking out ways technology can accelerate other areas of Two Circles These are the basics but we will principally be recruiting for energy, values and commitment - both to Two Circles and to your career. Skills: • Highly experienced in software development and architecture, with a focus on digital solutions • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams • Strong technical skills in software development, including hands on experience with modern programming languages and frameworks • Experience with cloud computing platforms and services, such as Google Cloud, AWS or Azure • Experience leading teams of developers and providing technical guidance and mentorship • A passion for technology, strong problem-solving skills with a flair for finding innovative solutions • Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment • Driven, motivated and inspiring with the ability to mentor & nurture • A keen interest in sport or the sports business and real interest in the positive effects we have on our client's businesses.
