We're looking for an experienced Director of E-commerce to lead our digital strategy and drive growth across both our consumer and professional channels. Join our expanding team as we scale our premium haircare brand. This is a fully remote position. You'll oversee our online presence, manage key partnerships, and help shape the future of our premium haircare brand's digital experience. What You'll Do β€’ Lead Digital Strategy: Drive revenue growth and optimize performance across our DTC site and professional B2B portal β€’ Manage Partnerships: Oversee three key agency relationships (site development, SEO/Google Ads, and specialized services) β€’ Optimize Tech Stack: Oversee our loyalty programs, subscriptions, customization tools, email/SMS marketing, and all platform integrations β€’ Enhance Customer Experience: Create seamless experiences for both consumers and professional stylists/salons β€’ Drive Growth: Develop strategies for subscription growth, customer retention, and conversion optimization β€’ Monitor Performance: Track KPIs, analyze data, and present insights to leadership What We're Looking For Experience: β€’ 7+ years in ecommerce with 3+ years in leadership roles β€’ Track record of driving online revenue growth β€’ Experience with premium/luxury brands preferred β€’ Beauty or personal care industry experience is a strong plus Skills: β€’ Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and technologies β€’ Experience managing agency relationships and vendor partnerships β€’ Knowledge of subscription commerce and loyalty programs β€’ Experience with email/SMS marketing platforms and retention strategies β€’ Analytical mindset with ability to make data-driven decisions β€’ Excellent communication and leadership skills
