🚨 We’re Hiring: Director of Ecommerce Sales – Manufacturing Industry 📍 Location: Doraville, GA | Hybrid 🏢 Company: R2 Global (on behalf of a leading manufacturing company) About the company: I'm currently partnered with a leader in the manufacturing space, a company who produce all things party inspired. They're backed by a larger firm who've been in operation for over 80 years and own over 50+ brands. Qualifications: • Minimum 8 years experience in eCommerce, of which 5 years must be in a leadership capacity of teams no less than 5 employees. • Experienced owning all sales strategies and driving sales across multiple channels in the businesses. • Proven background of setting the eCommerce strategy and executing. • 5 years experience of Amazon 1P & 3P, understanding them & their account • Experience in Wayfair, Home Depot, Lowes accounts • 5 years experience building Shopify stores. Compensation package • Base salary - $150k - $170k • Bonus – 30% on company sales • Health, vision & dental insurances • 401k with matching • PTO 22 days PLUS 13 paid holidays • Life insurance policy • Short & long term disability
