Ecommerce Director (Amazon Growth Focus)
Location: Caldwell, NJ (Hybrid: 3+ days onsite)
Our client, a fast-growing supplement and wellness brand portfolio, is seeking a highly strategic and hands-on Ecommerce Director to spearhead exponential growth across Amazon and broader digital commerce channels. This role is pivotal in scaling revenue, improving profitability, and shaping the brandβs digital future in one of the most competitive consumer categories.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon & Ecommerce Growth Leadership
β’ Own and drive Amazon growth strategy across multiple brands, optimizing for sales velocity, share of voice, and long-term brand health.
β’ Lead daily oversight of all digital commerce channels, including Amazon, Shopify/DTC, eMail, SMS, and paid digital media.
β’ Develop playbooks for growth acceleration across platforms with a heavy focus on Amazon advertising, content optimization, and merchandising.
Performance & Growth Strategy
β’ Oversee paid media and growth marketing strategy across Amazon Ads, Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
β’ Continuously monitor campaign performance against ROAS, CAC, and LTV goals, making real-time budget reallocation and optimization decisions.
β’ Leverage deep analytics to uncover growth opportunities, identify underperforming segments, and implement funnel optimizations (traffic, conversion, retention).
β’ Lead A/B testing, cohort analysis, and churn reduction strategies for subscription and repeat purchase models.
Content, Brand & Product Integration
β’ Partner with creative, content, and brand marketing to develop campaigns that align with consumer insights and competitive differentiation.
β’ Ensure product launches, promotions, and campaigns are executed flawlessly with inventory alignment, demand forecasting, and supply chain collaboration.
β’ Champion Amazon and ecommerce best practices in product detail pages, enhanced content, ratings/reviews, and brand storefronts.
Financial & Business Impact
β’ Own eCommerce and Amazon P&L responsibility, ensuring profitable growth in alignment with company KPIs.
