• Position is full-time permanent with a client of Driggs Search International Job Title: Director of Revenue – E-Commerce & Online Marketplaces Location: Onsite-SLC Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Competitive base + performance bonus + benefits About the Role We are seeking an entrepreneurial Head of Digital Revenue and Ecommerce to lead and unify all online sales channels in a Director-level capacity. Reporting to senior leadership, you will own revenue performance across DTC e-commerce, Amazon, social commerce platforms (including TikTok Shop), and emerging marketplaces. This is both a strategic and hands-on role—you’ll set high-level growth strategies while also diving deep into execution to accelerate results. You will identify emerging consumer trends, partner with product development to bring quick-to-market solutions, and optimize the customer journey from acquisition to retention. Key Responsibilities • Lead Multi-Channel Strategy: Develop and execute a cohesive growth plan across DTC sites, Amazon storefronts, TikTok Shop, and other marketplace channels. • Trend Spotting & Fast-Track Launches: Identify market opportunities through data and consumer insights; collaborate cross-functionally to launch products quickly and effectively. • Hands-On Revenue Optimization: Oversee site merchandising, UX, and CRO to maximize conversion rates and order value. • Amazon Marketplace Leadership: Manage listings, SEO, and advertising strategies to drive visibility and sales. • Social Commerce Expansion: Build and scale programs for TikTok Shop, influencer-driven commerce, and live shopping activations. • Retention & CRM: Grow customer lifetime value through email, SMS, and loyalty initiatives using tools such as Klaviyo. • Team Leadership: Mentor cross-functional digital specialists and establish KPIs for CAC, ROAS, LTV, and total revenue growth. • Data-Driven Decisions: Maintain dashboards to monitor funnel performance and channel ROI. • Performance Auditing: Identify underperforming areas and implement strategies to improve ROI. • Budgeting & Forecasting: Own channel budgets to maximize growth and profitability. Qualifications • 7+ years in e-commerce and digital marketing with proven experience in both DTC (Shopify) and marketplace platforms. • Track record of identifying trends and turning them into successful product launches. • Expertise in CRO, customer journey optimization, and retention strategies. • Skilled in leading teams and delivering measurable revenue growth across multiple channels. • Proficiency with Shopify, Klaviyo, and analytics platforms. Preferred Experience • Background in health, wellness, beauty, or consumer packaged goods. • Experience scaling emerging channels like TikTok Shop or live shopping. • Familiarity with advanced CRO tools and Amazon analytics software.
