Weβre seeking a seasoned Director of eCommerce Sales to lead and scale a dynamic sales team, driving both national and regional strategies across online and retail channels. This role will focus on strengthening partnerships with key retailers and eCommerce platforms while uncovering new avenues for market expansion.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align go-to-market strategies, using data-driven insights, KPIs, and forecasts to optimize performance. As the face of the division at trade shows and customer meetings, the Director will foster a results-oriented culture built on coaching, development, and team engagement.
Qualifications:
β’ 8+ years of experience in eCommerce and sales leadership
β’ Proven success in driving omnichannel sales across both online and brick-and-mortar retail
β’ 5+ years of experience Amazon Vendor (1P) experience
β’ Deep knowledge of category management, merchandising, and pricing strategy
β’ Background in Consumer Goods
