Director of E-commerce Sales

β’ This position is remote with occasional travel to the facility in Rhode Island.
We are seeking a dynamic Director of E-commerce Sales to take charge of our sales initiatives and performance across leading retail e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Home Depot, Menard's, Lowe's, Ace Hardware, Family Dollar, and others.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with existing merchants and collaborate with teams across all departments at the corporate level.
β’ Identify and leverage strategic growth opportunities for each customer, aligning with our overall divisional goals and objectives.
β’ Drive sales growth by implementing strategies that attract shoppers to our products on partner websites.
β’ Provide accurate sales forecasting and support monthly performance reporting for each retail partner.
Qualifications:
β’ A minimum of 7 years of experience in retail e-commerce, particularly with major customers like Amazon, The Home Depot, Walmart, and Target.
β’ At least 3 years in a management role.
β’ A Bachelor's Degree is required.
