The RoleWe’re looking for a Director of E‑Commerce Strategy & Project Delivery — someone who can lead client projects from kickoff to launch while also serving as a strategic partner to our clients. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on point, while guiding clients toward initiatives that actually move the needle. This is a hybrid role combining project management, client success, and e‑commerce consulting. You won’t just manage timelines — you’ll help shape strategies for Shopify CRO, email marketing, and overall e‑commerce growth. What You’ll Do Oversee multiple client projects, ensuring smooth execution and stellar results. Act as the main point of contact for clients — keeping them informed, engaged, and confident in our work. Provide strategic guidance on Shopify optimization, conversion rate improvements, and customer journey enhancements. Advise on email marketing strategies (flows, campaigns, segmentation) to maximize client ROI. Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to ensure deliverables meet both deadlines and quality standards. Proactively identify opportunities for clients to grow and work with the team to make them happen. Track project KPIs, budgets, and timelines, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. What We’re Looking For 5+ years in e‑commerce (agency experience strongly preferred). Proven background in Shopify CRO, e‑commerce strategy, and email marketing strategy. Strong project management skills — comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent communication skills — you can explain complex ideas simply and clearly. Client‑facing experience, with a knack for building trust and keeping relationships strong. Strategic thinker who can also get into the details when needed. Self‑starter with the ability to take ownership and run with it. Nice to Have Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, etc.).
