• Oversee technical documentation, testing strategies, and incident response processes.
• Contribute to codebases as a hands-on leader, setting an example for adopting best practices.
• Balance user needs with engineering constraints to optimize delivery outcomes.
Must-Have Skills:
• 12+ years of technical leadership experience in large-scale, enterprise-level B2C applications.
• Deep knowledge of consumer-facing web technologies, including the LAMP stack, Node.js, and Vue.js.
• Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases in high-traffic environments.
• Proficiency in designing and delivering cloud-native applications using DevOps principles.
• Expertise in API design, integration patterns, and microservices architecture.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform and/or AWS.
• Hands-on familiarity with asynchronous communication patterns for distributed systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex technical challenges.
