β’ Collaborate with Product teams to deliver timely milestones and strategic initiatives.
β’ Establish coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices to ensure technical excellence.
β’ Oversee technical documentation, testing strategies, and incident response processes.
β’ Contribute to codebases as a hands-on leader, setting an example for adopting best practices.
β’ Balance user needs with engineering constraints to optimize delivery outcomes.
Must-Have Skills:
β’ 12+ years of technical leadership experience in large-scale, enterprise-level B2C applications.
β’ Deep knowledge of consumer-facing web technologies, including the LAMP stack, Node.js, and Vue.js.
β’ Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases in high-traffic environments.
β’ Proficiency in designing and delivering cloud-native applications using DevOps principles.
β’ Expertise in API design, integration patterns, and microservices architecture.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
β’ Experience with Google Cloud Platform and/or AWS.
β’ Hands-on familiarity with asynchronous communication patterns for distributed systems.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex technical challenges.
β’ Executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
