Future-Able is looking for a Director of Growth to work for: Naked & Thriving A high-growth, direct-to-consumer skincare brand focused on delivering clean, effective, plant-based products. We’re passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and scaling a profitable, sustainable business. Role Overview: We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Director of Growth Marketing to lead our Acquisition and Retention teams. This role will own topline revenue growth by driving efficient paid acquisition, maximizing customer lifetime value, and optimizing our conversion funnel. You’ll report directly to our CEO and work cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Product, and Ops. What You’ll Do: β€’ Own and drive the topline growth strategy β€’ Lead paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, affiliates, and emerging channels (YouTube, TikTok, etc.) β€’ Manage the Retention (Email, SMS, Subscription) and Acquisition teams, providing strategic leadership and performance accountability β€’ Develop and execute customer acquisition and lifecycle strategies that optimize LTV:CAC and blended MER β€’ Collaborate with Creative and Brand teams to develop high-performing ad and lifecycle creative β€’ Drive growth experimentation across offers, funnels, and site optimization β€’ Implement rigorous performance tracking, reporting, and forecasting β€’ Lead weekly growth reviews and ensure the team is aligned around KPIs and goals β€’ Mentor and develop team members, fostering a results-oriented, collaborative culture Qualifications: β€’ 7+ years experience in growth, acquisition, or performance marketing leadership roles at high-growth DTC brands β€’ Proven success managing 7-figure annual budgets across paid media including Meta, Google, and Amazon Ads β€’ Experience managing or partnering closely with Retention teams (Email/SMS/Lifecycle) β€’ Strong analytical skills β€” comfortable in attribution, cohort analysis, LTV modeling β€’ Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to zoom in on execution and zoom out on strategy β€’ Collaborative leader with experience growing and managing high-performing teams β€’ Clear communicator with the ability to present insights and recommendations to leadership β€’ Strategic thinking and out of the box ideas with the willingness to roll up their sleeves to get things done What We Offer: β€’ Base Salary Range: $150K – $180K (commensurate with experience, location, and qualifications) β€’ Bonus: Performance-based bonus tied to topline growth and profitability goals β€’ Benefits: Health, vision, dental, PTO, product allowance, remote-first culture β€’ Opportunities to grow with a rapidly scaling company that’s redefining clean beauty
