Role description
About The Opportunity The GTM team is responsible for driving high-impact partner and customer engagements that move from idea to execution quickly, while maintaining technical depth and credibility. This role is critical to bridging business execution with technical alignment, ensuring opportunities are not only closed but also deliver scalable, high-quality solutions in close collaboration with SE and engineering teams. The business need is clear: a need for someone who can own the process end-to-end, thrive in ambiguity, and operate in a zero-to-one environment where speed, adaptability, and technical aptitude are equally valued. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in high-ambiguity, high-impact environments and can bridge the gap between technical depth and flawless execution. The individual will own complex partner initiatives end-to-end, such as co-developing white-label and enterprise solutions, building integrated GTM packages, and driving large-scale implementations, all while working across sales, engineering, and product to move big initiatives over the finish line and ensuring solutions are sound and scalable. Key Responsibilities • Own complex partner or customer projects from inception to delivery across a variety of partner types, including enterprise software/platform providers, global systems integrators and consultancies, and creative or implementation agencies—ensuring both business and technical requirements are met without unnecessary handoffs • Collaborate closely with SEs and engineering to translate technical architecture into actionable execution plans, unblocking teams and accelerating timelines • Navigate ambiguity with confidence, making decisions and driving urgency across functions to hit critical milestones • Bring a PLG-driven mindset to how value is built, packaged, and delivered, including exploring white label opportunities where appropriate • Operate as a trusted point of contact for cross-functional teams, providing both strategic guidance and hands-on execution Required Qualifications • Proven track record of thriving in smaller or fast-growth organizations where multiple hats were worn and results were delivered in high-ambiguity environments • Extensive experience engaging with technical partner solutions such as cloud platforms, CMS/DXP systems, AI tools, e-commerce integrations, and developer tools, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value • Strong execution skills, able to run structured processes, manage timelines, and drive commitments across teams without losing momentum • Solid technical aptitude, capable of engaging meaningfully in architecture conversations and working alongside SEs and engineers without relying entirely on technical support • Experience in PLG motions, ideally including zero to one product launches or market entries Preferred Qualifications • Exposure to designing or packaging white label solutions for the market This Role is a Great Fit If • You thrive in undefined paths and evolving goals, seeing ambiguity as an opportunity to create clarity and impact • You are equally energized by driving execution and digging into technical details to make sure solutions are sound • You have experience working with partner solutions such as cloud platforms, CMS/DXP systems, e-commerce integrations, or developer tools, and can connect technical capabilities to business outcomes • You enjoy working across functions, including sales, engineering, product, and partners, and can speak the language of each group • You get satisfaction from moving big initiatives across the finish line while maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders • You want to operate where speed, adaptability, and ownership are expected, and where you have the freedom to make things happen Additional Information The organization is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
