We are looking for a Senior Journey Optimization Manager to drive our cross-channel marketing strategy. This role is a perfect fit for a seasoned professional who can harness the power of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to create, analyze, and optimize customer experiences. You will be responsible for translating data into actionable insights, directly influencing our customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. While expertise in Adobe is preferred, we also welcome candidates with a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud who are eager to expand their skills with Adobe.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Journey Orchestration & Analytics: Own the end-to-end process of cross-channel journey orchestration using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). You will design, develop, and launch triggered, event-based workflows to create seamless and personalized customer experiences.
β’ Performance Measurement: Build and maintain comprehensive funnel dashboards in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to meticulously track and measure key metrics related to acquisition, engagement, and retention.
β’ Data-Driven Insights: Analyze journey performance data to identify trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for POD teams and senior stakeholders.
β’ Optimization & Strategy: Partner with cross-functional POD teams to continuously optimize existing journeys and design new ones based on performance data and business goals.
β’ Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the internal expert on Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), providing guidance and training to ensure teams are maximizing the platforms' capabilities.
Qualifications
β’ 5-8 years of experience in a marketing, analytics, or product management role, with a strong focus on digital customer journeys.
β’ Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a must.
β’ Proven experience in building and analyzing marketing funnels and dashboards.
β’ Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
β’ Strong analytical skills and a passion for using data to drive business outcomes.
β’ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
β’ Proven experience with agile methodologies preferred (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
β’ Familiarity with digital media buying platforms and workflows is highly desirable.
β’ Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project management.
Assignment Details
This is a full-time 40hr/wk contract position expected to run for 8-10 months with the potential to extend

β’ Working Hours: Eastern Standard Timezone.
