About BRCG
BRCG (Blue Ridge Consulting Group) is a consulting agency specializing in CRM and lifecycle marketing solutions. We partner with clients across industries—from high-growth startups to Fortune 100 brands—to design and execute strategies that drive meaningful revenue outcomes. Our work spans email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging, with a focus on conversion, engagement, retention, and re-engagement. Our clients operate in sectors like ecommerce, gaming, fintech, social platforms, and more!
About the Role
We’re looking for a Director of Lifecycle Marketing to own CRM strategy and execution across a portfolio of client accounts. You’ll lead a team of Campaign Coordinators, Ops, and Creative contributors while serving as the senior point of contact for client stakeholders. This role is ideal for a strategic operator who can blend high-level planning with hands-on execution and leadership.
Responsibilities:
• Lead CRM Strategy & Roadmap: Define and oversee lifecycle strategies across onboarding, engagement, retention, winback, and monetization. Partner with senior client stakeholders on quarterly planning and prioritization.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Campaign Coordinators and specialists, ensuring high-quality execution and professional growth.
• Oversee Execution: Guide campaign calendars and ensure seamless coordination between internal teams to launch multi-channel lifecycle campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app).
• Platform Expertise: Act as the senior CRM platform authority for your clients—advising on segmentation, personalization, and campaign logic in Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, and similar tools.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on key metrics, translating data into actionable insights that drive continuous improvement.
• Client Partnership: Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships, lead strategic reviews, and present clear performance updates and recommendations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
• 5+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or related disciplines (agency or consulting experience strongly preferred)
• Deep experience across multiple CRM channels (email, push, SMS, in-app)
• Expertise with platforms such as Braze, Iterable, or Klaviyo
• Strong leadership and team management skills with experience mentoring and developing talent
• Analytical mindset with a proven track record of using data to inform strategy
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
Compensation & Benefits
