Director of Operations at Hudsons Health Apparel About Us: At Hudsons, we believe the people who care for others deserve apparel that performs as beautifully as they do. We are scaling rapidly and looking for a visionary leader to help us take our brand and digital presence to the next level. Director of Operations : If you’ve taken a fashion or apparel business from 0 → 1 and can build operational systems from scratch, this is your chance to make your mark. You will be the right hand to the founders , responsible for building the operational foundation of the company from scratch. You are part builder, part optimizer, and 100% comfortable with rolling up your sleeves in a high-energy, low-structure environment. You’ve taken a business from idea to market before — ideally in consumer fashion and apparel, or a related category. This role is for you if you: • Have early-stage start-up or small-company experience (not just corporate ops) • Bring proven fashion/apparel operations expertise — from sourcing to production to delivery • Can organized systems across apparel manufacturing, supply chain, fulfillment, and e- commerce • Thrive wearing multiple hats — vendor negotiations, inventory planning, customer experience, budgeting. • Make quick, informed decisions and adapt when things change (they will!) You’ll: • Build the operational foundation of the company from the ground up • Problem Solve in Real Time – Identify bottlenecks and create immediate solutions without slowing momentum. • Manage vendors, 3PLs, and key partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery • Supervise inventory systems and e-commerce workflows that can scale 10x • Work directly with the founders and current team, and to bring our vision and products to market What We Offer: Opportunity to shape and scale a mission‑driven brand in the medical apparel space.
