Director of Operations :
You will own the vision and execution for our fast‑growing direct‑to‑consumer and international channels. You’ll lead a talented cross‑functional team, shaping merchandising strategies, growth and retention marketing, site optimization, and operational excellence across our digital ecosystem.
What You’ll Help Execute:
• E‑Commerce Strategy:
• Architect and drive our DTC roadmap—Eventually help launch new regions, scale existing markets, and manage sitewide promotional calendars and attribution workflows.
• Merchandising & Assortment Planning:
• Curate and optimize omni‑channel assortments that resonate with our healthcare community, integrating design, buying, planning, pricing, and promotional strategies.
• Customer Activation & Engagement:
• Build lifecycle marketing strategies to increase conversion, retention, and engagement—aligning storytelling with our mission and products.
• Product Launch & Site Operations:
• Oversee product uploads, templates, taxonomy, and data accuracy for flawless new‑product introductions.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
• Partner with Design, Marketing, Digital Product, Engineering, Logistics, Planning, and Finance teams to bring ideas to life and hit aggressive growth goals.
Your Strengths
• Proven senior e‑commerce and merchandising leader with 2+ years in high‑growth retail or apparel, ideally with global DTC or multi‑million‑dollar brand experience.
• Expertise in:
• Site merchandising & optimization
• Growth and retention marketing
• Omni‑channel buying & planning
• Pricing & promotional strategy
• Analytics, attribution, and P&L ownership
• Track record of scaling US based storefronts and leading teams.
• Recognized for cross‑functional collaboration, mentoring talent, and building strong team culture.
