Director Of Operations - Women's Sexual Health Startup Location: Mountain Lakes, NJ About Us: We're an innovative women's sexual health start-up committed to breaking down barriers and creating positive change in an important but often overlooked space. Our mission is to empower women through education, quality products, and open conversations about sexual wellness. We are preparing to launch Livi, the first post-sex tampon, which we expect to launch after FDA clearance by December 2025. The Role: We're seeking a dynamic, adaptable Operations Director to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to gain broad hands-on business experience and make a meaningful impact in women's health. You'll wear many hats and be instrumental in building our operations from the ground up with the opportunity to grow into more senior roles as you gain experience and the company scales and evolves. What You'll Do • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, from vendor relationships to inventory management • Handle customer service inquiries and build lasting customer relationships • Oversee our Shopify platform, including product listings, order processing, and basic optimization • Support marketing initiatives including social media responses, email campaigns, and content coordination • Process payroll and assist with basic HR functions • Collaborate on special projects as the business evolves • Analyze operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities • Help establish processes and systems as we scale What We're Looking For • Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years minimum of professional experience • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong learning agility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment • Comfortable discussing women's sexual health topics professionally and without judgment • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred) or willingness to learn quickly • Basic understanding of supply chain, customer service, or digital marketing and desire tolearn more about these functions • Skilled at developing visually compelling presentations in Microsoft PPT • Moderate to advanced data analysis skills (i.e. Can use MS Excel to analyze data, createpivot tables, etc.) • Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently and prioritize effectively • Passion for women's health and wellness What We Offer: • Compensation package commensurate with experience including salary, bonus and equity. • Start up experience with Direct exposure to all aspects of running a business • Hybrid (2-3 days a week in the Mountain Lakes, NJ office) work environment • Chance to make a real impact in an underserved market Ready to Join Us?
