Onward Search is seeking a Director of Paid Social & Display Strategy to lead a 6-month parental leave coverage for our e-commerce client. In this role, youβll manage a talented team driving full-funnel campaigns across paid social, video, and display β building awareness, inspiring consideration, and delivering measurable ROI.
What youβll do:
β’ Lead paid social & display strategy across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest
β’ Balance creative storytelling with data-driven decisions (MMM, MTA, Brand Lift)
β’ Oversee campaign development, optimization, and social-first creative
β’ Collaborate with Analytics, Product, Eng, and cross-functional partners
What weβre looking for:
β’ 10+ years in paid social/display (retail, DTC, or marketplaces preferred)
β’ Proven leadership managing teams and agencies
β’ Expertise in creative testing, measurement, and large budget management
β’ Passion for blending creativity with performance
