Position Summary We’re searching for a strategic, analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Director who will accelerate customer growth and engagement through targeted, data-driven campaigns across various digital channels. This role is critical to developing and managing all aspects of SVP Worldwide’s performance marketing strategy (across paid search, paid social, influencer campaigns, email, etc.) focusing on driving revenue growth and maximizing return on investment (ROI). Keeping abreast of the latest trends, technologies and best practices in performance marketing is essential. Scope includes North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific. Responsibilities • Strategy Development: Creating and implementing comprehensive performance marketing strategies, including customer journeys, to achieve key business objectives like customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. • Campaign Management: Overseeing the financial planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, social media, display, and email. • Team Leadership: Leading, developing and engaging a high performing team of performance marketing professionals, fostering a data-driven, results-oriented and values-based culture. • Budget Management: Allocating and managing marketing budgets across different channels and global regions to maximize ROI and ensure alignment with business goals. • Performance Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement, and making data-driven recommendations to optimize campaign performance. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with other departments including sales, regional marketing, product development, and ecommerce to align strategies and leverage insights for growth. • Innovate and Evolve: Staying ahead of digital trends, technologies and competitive activity to keep our brand ahead of the marketplace. We Offer You • Full benefits package; medical, dental, vision • 401k plan • Competitive PTO accrual as well as additional wellness days • Hybrid work schedule • Work environment that harbors a culture of collaboration and community • Learning and development opportunities You Bring (requirements, Preferred Skills) • Overall Experience: 8+ years of marketing or related experience with 4+ years in performance marketing, preferably in consumer goods, durable products space. • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success leading retailers and/or manufacturers to success with thoughtful, strategic and measurable marketing across multiple channels including social, digital and ecommerce. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. • Strategic Mindset:Ability to develop and execute long-term performance marketing strategies and manage multiple priorities effectively. • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data, interpreting KPIs, and making data-driven decisions. • Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead, motivate, develop and maximize performance of a professional marketing team. • Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of various digital marketing channels and platforms. • Cross-Functional Leadership: Approachable with the ability to collaborate and influence cross functionally. • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex analyses and recommendations to stakeholders. • Budget Management: Ability to manage and optimize marketing budgets effectively. • Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and solve problems creatively. Physical Requirements You will need to be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation, including: • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, copier/printer etc as well as have the ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time • Required to retrieve or reposition products like sewing machines weighing up to 50 pounds • Any additional physical requirements The Employer retains the right to change or assign other duties to this position.
