The position is pivotal in enabling hundreds of fulfillment partners to service tens of thousands of merchants to harness the organization’s network effects, enhancing their ability to serve shoppers more effectively. Heading a team of seasoned product managers, this role will drive building technologies focused on Picking, Consolidation, Packing, Work Orders Execution, and Returns to improve speed and efficiency while minimizing total costs for partners and customers. This role reports to the VP, Product Management. What You’ll Do • Manage a team of seasoned product managers and guide them through ambiguities to continue growth and development as world-leading product managers. • Build product visions and strategies for global fulfillment technology stacks. • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including Revenue, Pricing, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Care teams to deliver enterprise-level scalable solutions. • Engage with merchants and external customers directly to align on the product roadmap and influence companywide OKRs. • Translate company OKRs into actions for product managers to achieve desired outcomes. • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as necessary. What You’ll Bring To The Table • Possess a profound understanding of retail, e-commerce, WMS, and platform software sales. • Have an established track record of running product management teams in the domains of e-commerce fulfillment management or warehouse management. • Excel in collaboration, working closely with various internal stakeholders, including Revenue, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Care teams. • Demonstrated expertise in building tier 1 warehouse management systems. • Track record in returns inspection and processing systems. • In-depth knowledge of marketplace and retail compliance management. • Understanding of machine learning (ML) and advanced algorithms, and their practical application in fulfillment tech systems. The target salary range for this role is $191,035 - $254,714. The full base pay range for this position in the compensation architecture is $191,035 – $318,392. In addition to base salary, this role includes the opportunity to be eligible for participation in the Company’s discretionary bonus plan based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies.
