About the Role: We are seeking a Director of Retention to lead strategies that maximize customer lifetime value and subscription growth. This role focuses on driving engagement through email, SMS, and other retention channels, using platforms like Klaviyo to optimize campaigns, upsells, and renewals. You will play a key role in shaping the customer journey and ensuring sustainable revenue growth. What You’ll Do: β€’ Develop and execute subscription retention strategies to boost renewals and reduce churn. β€’ Manage email and SMS campaigns using automation and segmentation. β€’ Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives to maximize revenue from existing customers. β€’ Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints. β€’ Optimize campaigns using Klaviyo and other marketing automation tools to achieve measurable results.
