This role focuses on driving engagement through email, SMS, and other retention channels, using platforms like Klaviyo to optimize campaigns, upsells, and renewals. You will play a key role in shaping the customer journey and ensuring sustainable revenue growth.
What Youβll Do:
β’ Develop and execute subscription retention strategies to boost renewals and reduce churn.
β’ Manage email and SMS campaigns using automation and segmentation.
β’ Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives to maximize revenue from existing customers.
