Role Overview We’re hiring a Director of Technology to lead the strategic development and hands-on execution of our technology roadmap. You’ll manage and grow an in-house engineering team, shape our infrastructure, and guide the implementation of AI and data intelligence across the business. You’ll also be a key part of our senior leadership team, helping steer the company’s wider digital and commercial direction. This role is ideal for a hands-on senior tech leader who can write clean Python, lead critical infrastructure, and influence board-level decision making.
