About Us We are a full stack TikTok Shop marketing agency working as growth partners with brands on TikTok Shop. We are now looking to scale our TikTok affiliate discord community where creators join, access brand opportunities, and earn commission through content they produce. Our Discord server is the central hub for onboarding creators, running campaigns, and driving sales. We are looking for a full-time Discord Growth & Monetization Manager to lead this community, increase member engagement, and grow revenue. Role Overview The Discord Growth & Monetization Manager will be responsible for building, engaging, and monetizing our creator community. This role requires someone with proven experience in growing active Discord servers, creating engagement strategies, and implementing monetization models. Responsibilities • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase community size and activity. • Recruit and onboard new members into the Discord server. • Create and manage engagement initiatives (events, challenges, leaderboards, etc.). • Implement server structure, role systems, and automations for efficiency. • Drive monetization by converting members into active affiliates generating GMV. • Track and report on community performance (growth, engagement, and revenue). • Collaborate with internal team to align community efforts with business goals. Qualifications • Proven track record in growing and managing Discord communities. • Strong understanding of engagement and retention strategies. • Experience with Discord bot setups and automation tools. • Ability to create and execute monetization strategies within a community. • Excellent written communication skills. • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in affiliate marketing or e-commerce. • Familiarity with TikTok Shop and creator monetization models. Compensation & Benefits • $5,000/month base salary. • 25% profit share of discord community (uncapped). • Fully remote work. • Opportunity to lead and shape a growing creator-focused community.
