Role description
DTC Consumer Lifecycle Manager (Remote) Who You Are The DTC Consumer Lifecycle Manager will own the consumer lifecycle, responsible for revenue growth through email, SMS, subscription, and loyalty programs for Monolith’s portfolio of brands (Little Giraffe, Blooming Baby, Downtown Pet, Re-Play, Chucklebox, and Dammit Dolls). You must be a data-driven and creative digital marketer who thrives at the intersection of consumer engagement, retention, and loyalty. This role requires deep expertise in Klaviyo and Shopify Plus, with a proven, hands-on experience designing and managing the back end of Klaviyo, including designing and optimizing email flows, email & SMS campaigns, and loyalty and subscription programs. You must have at least seven (7) years of experience within consumer lifecycle management and a track record of acting as both a strategic thinker + doer. What You Will Do 🌏 Strategy: β€’ Partner with the Brand Team to support the go-to-market DTC strategies, promotions, product launches, campaigns, etc. as well as support the overall optimization of the brands’ online experience, supporting digital merchandising optimizations, test plans, and analysis β€’ Transform data insights into tactical plans, providing leadership and expertise on how best to shorten the path to purchase, increase recurring revenue, and turn first-time customers into loyal brand champions β€’ Analyze retention data and implement strategies to increase LTV and reduce churn 🌏 Program Management: β€’ Requires both a strategic thinker and hands-on executor, you will create email / SMS and in some cases identify and lead additional application setup processes with Brand and IT β€’ Collaborate with Creative and Brand Teams to align consumer touchpoints to omni-channel brand standards and with eCommerce to maximize full funnel paid and organic strategies β€’ Email/SMS: Ownership of email & SMS creation, list building and ongoing management, evergreen and automated flows development and optimization, develop segmentation strategies to deliver highly personalized experiences β€’ Customer Loyalty Programs: Identify best-in-class applications and on-going program management and revenue growth through loyalty programs; develop promotions, rewards structures, and campaigns to drive enrollment and engagement β€’ Subscription Program Management: Identify and execute on plans to increase subscription revenue while reducing churn (applicable brands) 🌏 Performance: β€’ Owner of all customer retention metrics: email / SMS revenue & profitability, loyalty program growth, and subscription growth What You Will Bring β€’ Minimum 7 years of experience with consumer lifecycle management in a consumer goods retail or e-commerce environment β€’ DEEP expertise in Klaviyo and Shopify Plus β€’ Hands on experience designing and managing the back end of Klaviyo β€’ Proven skill designing and optimizing email flows, emails and SMS campaigns, and loyalty/subscription programs β€’ Strong knowledge of federal, state, and industry regulations governing email and SMS marketing, including but not limited to CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CTIA guidelines, GDPR/CCPA (as applicable), and other consumer data privacy laws. β€’ Experience ensuring campaigns are compliant with opt-in/opt-out rules, data collection and storage requirements, consent management, unsubscribe mechanisms, and record-keeping standards. β€’ Ability to partner with marketing, legal, and technology teams to design compliant customer communications strategies that minimize risk while maximizing engagement. β€’ Proven track record of implementing compliant processes and proactively monitoring for regulatory changes that could impact email and SMS programs. β€’ Ability to thrive in a lean team with cross-functional collaboration β€’ Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision making β€’ A portfolio highlighting your prior campaigns and their success What You Will Receive β€’ Competitive salary ($110,000 - $125,000) β€’ Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance available β€’ Life Insurance, Short-term Disability and Long-term Disability available β€’ 401k Retirement Plan β€’ Flexible PTO β€’ EAP (Employee Resources Program) β€’ Employee Discounts up to 50%
