DTC Ecommerce Senior Manager
Santa Monica, CA / Full Time / Hybrid (on-site 2 days per week)
Moon Juice is seeking a DTC Ecommerce Senior Manager to own and optimize our direct-to-consumer channel, ensuring that every digital touchpoint reflects our mission and drives growth. The DTC Ecommerce Senior Manager will oversee the Moon Juice website and digital commerce ecosystem, leading strategies that grow revenue, optimize user experience, and build long-term customer relationships. This role requires a balance of data-driven decision-making, strong operational skills, and creative brand alignment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce, with a focus on ecommerce KPIs, acquisition, customer retention and subscription-based businesses.
Responsibilities:
Ecommerce Strategy & Growth
β’ Own the day-to-day management of MoonJuice.com, ensuring site performance, merchandising, and conversion optimization.
β’ Develop and execute strategies to grow DTC revenue, including new customer acquisition, retention, and subscription growth.
β’ Partner with Marketing to align campaigns, product launches, and storytelling across the ecommerce experience.
Site Operations & Merchandising
β’ Manage site merchandising, homepage refreshes, product detail pages, and promotional landing pages.
β’ Ensure accurate and timely product launches, inventory updates, and promotional campaigns.
β’ Collaborate with Creative to deliver an exceptional user experience that inspires discovery and purchase.
Customer Experience (CX) & Retention
β’ Partner with CX to monitor customer feedback and improve onsite experience.
β’ Optimize subscription program performance and LTV growth.
β’ Leverage CRM, loyalty, and personalization tools to create seamless journeys and increase repeat purchase.
Analytics & Optimization
β’ Own ecommerce analytics, including traffic, conversion, AOV, subscription metrics, and retention.
β’ Develop and execute A/B testing strategies for site functionality, messaging, and promotions.
β’ Provide regular performance reporting and actionable insights to track and analyze the effectiveness of e-commerce and marketing initiatives.
Cross-Functional Leadership
β’ Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to forecast, plan, and manage DTC inventory.
β’ Work closely with Finance to monitor budgets, promotions, and revenue forecasting.
β’ Serve as the internal expert on DTC ecommerce best practices, consumer preferences and industry trends.
Requirements:
β’ 7+ years of ecommerce or digital marketing experience, preferably in DTC consumer brands (wellness, beauty, or lifestyle a plus).
β’ Proficiency with Shopify, Google Analytics, and ecommerce tech stack integrations.
β’ Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
β’ Experience working in subscription-based businesses is required.
β’ Experience in the supplement, wellness or consumer goods industry is a plus.
β’ Excellent project management and organizational skills.
β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

The compensation for this position is between $135,000-$145,000 annually . The compensation package will also include a range of generous medical, dental, vision and other perks & benefits.
