About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and experienced E-Commerce Account Specialist/Client Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage many client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor. You will facilitate cross-channel strategy planning, maintain high client satisfaction, and inspire a team of channel experts to deliver exceptional results. This is a full time remote role. We are looking for a E-Commerce Account Specialist/Client Specialist specifically with these requirements: β€’ 5+ years of experience creating strategic plans for multi-million-dollar D2C brands and retailers. β€’ Agency experience in marketing or advertising, managing clients and campaigns. β€’ Strong knowledge of digital channels (SEM, SEO, CRO, Email/SMS, Referral) and how they integrate. β€’ Direct-to-consumer ecommerce experience. β€’ Proven track record of growing client relationships and revenue. β€’ Strong organizational skills, able to manage complex projects with precision. β€’ High emotional intelligence to handle client conversations across phone, video, and email. β€’ Ability to lead and coordinate a team of channel specialists without needing to micro-manage execution. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to turn data into actionable insights. β€’ Familiarity with Tadpull Pond, Google Analytics, Shopify, BigCommerce, NetSuite, and other ecommerce/marketing platforms. β€’ Basic accounting and finance literacy with understanding of business models. β€’ Tech-savvy, process-driven, and excited about leveraging AI and digital tools for optimization. Your responsibility will include (but not limited to): β€’ Manage 10–14 ecommerce client accounts as the primary point of contact. β€’ Lead weekly client meetings, ensuring clear action items and timely follow-ups. β€’ Present growth opportunities and ROI-focused strategies in planning sessions. β€’ Collaborate with channel specialists to develop cross-channel recommendations. β€’ Maintain project queues in ClickUp and provide regular updates on scope, budget, and timelines. β€’ Track core ecommerce KPIs and translate data into actionable insights. β€’ Ensure high client satisfaction scores while balancing profitability. β€’ Guide clients through ecommerce methodology and best practices. β€’ Coordinate and inspire internal teams to deliver results efficiently.
