Job Title: E-commerce Account & Marketing Specialist
Location: Fairfield, OH - On Site

Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, etc.).
• Monitor and maintain product listings to ensure accuracy of titles, descriptions, pricing, and images.
• Optimize listings for SEO and conversion (keywords, A+ content, enhanced brand content).
• Monitor account health, performance metrics, and resolve compliance issues.
• Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback to maintain a positive brand reputation.
• Identify and resolve listing suppressions, Buy Box issues, or policy warnings.
• Monitor KPIs including sales, conversion rate, ACoS/ROAS, traffic, and ranking.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Support new product launches with go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications:
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with CPC campaigns, digital marketing, and social media marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Creative, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
