Job Overview
We are seeking an E-Commerce Specialist with basic to intermediate experience
managing Amazon (Vendor & Seller Central) and Shopify platforms. The ideal candidate
will support product listings, sales growth strategies, advertising campaigns, and online
store management to help our clients thrive in competitive marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities
Amazon & Shopify Management
• Assist in setting up and maintaining product listings across Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, and Shopify.
• Ensure product detail pages include accurate titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, pricing, and imagery.
• Monitor account health metrics, including Buy Box percentage, product suppression alerts, and compliance with platform guidelines.
• Support the setup and management of branded storefronts and Shopify themes to enhance user experience.
• Help coordinate product launches, catalog uploads, and seasonal listing updates.
Sales Growth & Optimization
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices for product pages.
• Optimize listings to improve organic search rankings and conversion rates.
• Assist in planning and executing promotions, coupons, Lightning Deals, and B2C sales campaigns.
• Support the development of pricing strategies by monitoring competitor activity and marketplace trends.
• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns (Amazon Sponsored Products,
• Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, etc.) to drive visibility and ROI.
Analytics & Reporting
• Track and report on sales performance, advertising results, and key KPIs (e.g., sessions, conversions, ACoS, ROAS).
• Prepare regular reports summarizing sales trends, advertising efficiency, and inventory status.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales performance based on data.
B2B & B2C Support
• Assist with managing wholesale orders, distributor portal accounts, and B2B pricing structures.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment for bulk and wholesale buyers.
• Support consumer-facing campaigns, ensuring messaging and promotions align with business goals.
Collaboration & Client Support
• Work with internal marketing and creative teams to coordinate imagery, ad copy, and brand messaging.
• Communicate with clients, providing updates on performance and assisting with day-to-day requests.
• Stay current on platform changes (Amazon and Shopify updates, algorithm changes, new tools/features) and share insights with the team.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop innovative e-commerce growth strategies.
Must Have Qualifications
• Proven experience managing Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored
• Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
• Strong skills in SEO optimization for product listings.
• Familiarity with navigating Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and related reports.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon tools like Helium10 (or equivalent).
• Demonstrated track record of generating revenue growth in a previous agency or multi-brand e-commerce role.
• 1–3 years of experience with Amazon and/or Shopify.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with data analysis and reporting.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have (Preferred, Not Required)
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other digital advertising platforms.
• Understanding of Shopify app integrations, upsell tools, and customer journey optimization.
