Role description
FIXRA is a rapidly growing e-commerce company specialising in car parts and DIY essentials. With a diverse and expanding product portfolio, a loyal customer base, and strong sales across multiple platforms, including website, Amazon and eBay. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant to support our day-to-day operations and help optimise our online presence. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about e-commerce, organised, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the daily management of listings across platforms such as Amazon and our DTC website. • Managing marketplace and website advertising campaigns, setting up and keeping on top of the advertising spend and strategy. • Support the execution of promotional campaigns, product launches, and price adjustments. • Monitor and update product content, including descriptions, images, and specifications. • Coordinate with the marketing team on basic digital content updates and email campaigns. • Track and report on key metrics such as sales performance and customer reviews. • Conduct competitor and market research to help inform strategy. Ideal Candidate: • Strong interest in e-commerce and digital retail. • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or eBay) is a plus. • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment. • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
