Role description
We're looking for an E-commerce Assistant to support our Digital department, working closely with the E-commerce Lead on day-to-day digital tasks and campaign activities.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, technical curiosity, and a genuine passion for e-commerce and menswear. You'll assist in maintaining and developing our website, app, and digital platforms, supporting new product launches, campaigns, and special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Upload and merchandise products across digital platforms, ensuring all information is accurate, engaging, and optimised for launch.
β’ Monitor and update meta titles, descriptions, and alt text to support SEO performance.
β’ Assist in planning, writing, and scheduling weekly email campaigns and automations.
β’ Support the analysis of website and customer behaviour, providing insights to inform improvements.
β’ Work collaboratively with the Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
β’ Conduct competitor research and report on trends, new features, promotional strategies, and brand rollouts.
Requirements:
β’ 1+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field (including internships).
β’ A strong interest in men's contemporary fashion and a good eye for digital trends.
β’ Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify and Klaviyo, or other e-commerce tools.
β’ A willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
β’ A team player with a collaborative mindset.
β’ Able to commute to Bingley, West Yorkshire, with ease.
Desirable but not essential:
β’ Basic image editing and resizing skills.
β’ Basic knowledge of SEO and online merchandising.
