Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing online sales platforms. This role involves overseeing e-commerce operations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers, and driving sales through effective merchandising and product promotions. Must have some experience in Big Commerce. Duties Manage the e-commerce platform, ensuring product listings are accurate and up-to-date. Monitor and maintain site functionality, reporting any issue properly. Coordinate with marketing to support promotions and campaigns. Track inventory to ensure stock accuracey Analyze produt performance and site performance and make recommendations for improvement. Implement upselling strategies to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions. Oversee merchandising efforts to create visually appealing online displays that attract customers. Apply basic math skills for inventory management and retail math calculations. Experience Previous experience inBig Commerce / e-commerce is required. Strong communication skills are necessary for engaging with team members. Strong attention to detail and accuracey Excellent time Management and ability to prioritze tasks effectivelly Self Motivated with a proactibve, problem solving mindset Strong written and verbal communicaton skills. Basic unerstanding of SEO and E- Commerce best practices.
