Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an E-Commerce and Digital Manager, located in Tamworth. The E-Commerce and Digital Manager will be responsible for overseeing the resort's digital presence, managing e-commerce operations, and enhancing user experience across digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include website management, digital marketing strategies, SEO, data analytics, and coordinating with various departments to ensure a cohesive digital strategy. Qualifications • Experience in E-Commerce management and digital marketing strategies • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and data analytics • Skills in website management, content creation, and user experience (UX) design • Strong project management and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field • Experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry is a plus
