Role description
Al Khayyat Investments is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented E-Commerce Executive to join the BinSina Pharmacy Retail Chain team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the management, optimization, and growth of our e-commerce and q-commerce platforms. As part of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of digital strategies, managing product catalogs, and driving online sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Product Management & Content Curation: Manage the product catalog, ensuring accuracy in product descriptions, names, pricing, and images. Ensure all product information adheres to SEO best practices and pharmaceutical product guidelines.
β’ Digital Marketing & Promotions: Develop and implement promotional campaigns across e-commerce and q-commerce platforms, ensuring the visibility of key brands and products. Manage exclusive online offers, banner promotions, and digital assets.
β’ Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track and evaluate performance metrics including KPIs, ROI, traffic, and sales. Provide detailed weekly and monthly reports to the E-Commerce Marketing Manager, with recommendations for optimization.
β’ Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor stock levels to ensure product availability on digital platforms and liaise with internal teams to ensure timely product replenishment.
β’ Vendor Relations & Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring their products are listed and available on our e-commerce platforms (BinSina & Holland & Barrett).
β’ Collaboration with Marketing & Agencies: Work closely with marketing agencies and technical service providers to promote brands, improve platform functionality, and enhance customer engagement.
Qualifications & Experience:
β’ Education: Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
β’ Experience: 1-5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, preferably in the pharmaceutical or retail sector.
β’ Technical Skills: Proficient in Magento, CMS, and SEO tools. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and performance analytics platforms.
β’ Communication & Analytical Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze sales data, draw insights, and take corrective actions where necessary.
β’ Other Skills: Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Basic photography and editing skills are advantageous.
