Headquartered in central London and now working in a hybrid remote + office structure (currently Wednesday/Thursday at our office in the heart of Camden Town, a few minutes from Camden Town tube), we are continuing to grow and strengthen our team with the addition of further like-minded, bright and ambitious people. Job Purpose Reporting to the E‑Commerce Website Manager, this role is focused on the day-to-day running of the Liforme website and supporting the performance of our wider e‑commerce activity. It’s a hands-on, detail-focused position that touches a number of key workflows - from product set-up, pricing and campaign rollouts, to content publishing and basic website updates. You’ll be joining a small, experienced team where clear communication, pace and high standards matter. We’re looking for someone who’s organised, technically capable, and confident working across teams to get things done. You don’t need to know everything - but you do need a willingness to learn, a proactive approach, and the mindset to spot issues before they become problems. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within a busy and high-performing digital team. Key Responsibilities: Support day-to-day operations of the DTC website and E‑Commerce channels, including but not limited to: • Assist with product feed management and platform integrations. • Help brief and manage ad creative assets and content updates. • Coordinate product pricing, tagging, and promotional changes – add in track and manage discount codes • Monitor and implement A/B tests and track campaign health. • Publish blog content and manage light CMS updates (Shopify). • Work with teams to ensure localised content (language, currency, etc.) is accurate. • Assist with Customer Service and Operational team coordination: shipping rules, product launches, order issues, etc. • Help track and manage discount codes and promotional set-ups. • Collaborate with the SEO and content team to maintain site performance and visibility. --- What you’ll have --- Essential: • 2-3+ years of experience in an e‑commerce role using Shopify • Comfortable using CMS platforms (Shopify). • Highly organised with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail. • Able to manage multiple tasks and communicate clearly across teams. • Basic understanding of web analytics and E‑Commerce metrics. • A keen interest in online retail and DTC brand growth. • Highly personable and able to form great working relationships • Great organisational skills • Ability to adapt quickly and efficiently • Ability to work independently and use your initiative • A ‘can do’ and ‘no job is too small’ (or too big!) attitude • Integrity and honesty in all that you do Advantageous: • An interest in fitness, wellness and/or Yoga • Experience working in the health and fitness and/or yoga industry • Experience working in a start-up or fast-growing ecommerce business --- What we’ll bring --- Key perks: • Competitive salary • Hybrid and flexible working structure – remote and office based • Wonderful office space in Camden Town, Central London • Private Health Insurance • Good holiday allowance • Pension contribution • Monthly fitness/wellness/gym allowance • An exciting calendar of team social gatherings and events • Probably the best people you’ve ever met • And more… We know that diversity in experiences, backgrounds and identities can expand horizons.
